Last updated: May 27, 2026
These terms cover all services operated by Lamp Studios (an unregistered personal/hobby project, referred to here as “we”, “us”, or “the operator”), including services hosted on the lamps-dev.dev, uniqueweb.site, and sillycat.cloud domains, any subdomains thereof, and any additional services Lamp Studios may host on external domains or platforms outside of those listed above.
See also the Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance
By using any service operated by Lamp Studios, whether hosted on lamps-dev.dev, uniqueweb.site, sillycat.cloud, or on any external domain or third-party platform, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the services.
2. Who we are
Lamp Studios is an unregistered personal/hobby project operated by an individual developer. It is not a registered company or legal entity.
3. Service availability
These services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee:
- Uptime or continuous availability
- That data won’t be lost (always keep your own backups of anything important)
- That bugs won’t exist
- That any service will keep existing forever
We may modify, suspend, or shut down any service at any time, with or without notice. We’ll try to give a heads-up when reasonably possible.
4. Acceptable use
Please use the services responsibly. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the services for anything illegal
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise the infrastructure
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users
- Upload malware, illegal content, or anything that violates someone else’s rights
- Resell or commercially exploit the services without permission
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or access restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules, and to delete content that doesn’t belong.
5. Your content
If you upload, post, or submit content to any service (e.g. via zipline, forgejo, matrix, etc.), you keep ownership of it. You grant us a limited license to store and serve that content as needed for the service to function.
You’re responsible for what you upload. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the rights to.
6. Account security
If a service has accounts:
- Keep your password safe
- Use a strong, unique password
- Tell us if you suspect your account has been compromised
We’re not responsible for losses caused by you sharing your credentials or using weak passwords.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using (or not being able to use) these services. Use at your own risk.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be handled by French courts.
